It was very simple to connect [with the HIYO team] and chat about our needs, analyze, review, and reposition the brand. The way the brand analysis was done and the recommendations for the brand definitely exceeded expectations. My assumption was that it would be very technical. You know, design a logo and a website, etc. —and HIYO DESIGN has all of those technical skills and knowledge base; but one thing I didn’t expect was that by going through the structured and organized process that HIYO DESIGN uses, I would be invited to think inward about my brand and business. I feel like in a lot of ways I was coached by HIYO DESIGN without even realizing it.
HIYO design helped me hone in on my target audience, think about what I want my brand to resonate, the details, the color schemes... and it really made me think differently even with my marketing strategy. I was grateful for that process and their expertise, demeanor, and patience. They were there for me every step of the way, with patience, and no judgment. Their team was consistently accessible and provided support.
It’s important for us as entrepreneurs to know or at least understand the process versus being in the dark and relying on somebody else entirely — through the workshops, HIYO Design gave me the opportunity to know more about my own branding, design, and marketing; and I’m very grateful for that.
