We LOVE to see companies that care for their employees, are transparent with their customers, are conscious of their impact on the environment & intend to serve a "greater good” rather than just being money-driven. Stats prove that in 2020 more companies are shifting toward this mission-driven approach & are aiming to make the world a better place. YAY!
2. BREAKING THE MENTAL HEALTH STIGMA
We reached a peak of “total burnout” in 2019, so in 2020 companies are making more efforts to break the stigma around mental health & provide better solutions for their employees. We’re not quite there yet, since this conversation is only starting.. but we’re thrilled to see this is moving forward!
3. NEW PERSPECTIVES FOR REMOTE WORK
It’s not just about “digital nomads” anymore! The many many benefits of remote work are now being considered to help make the workplace WAY more accessible for people suffering from chronic illness or disabilities. Having a flexible work schedule/location also has served as a great solution for many new parents, and has had a huge impact in some countries’ economic growth.
