3 Ways to Strategize for Success
When you’re starting a new brand, it can very quickly and easily get overwhelming - there’s so many decisions to make so many endless options - so how can you simplify that? By having a clear brand strategy. It’s the best way to find direction, and make the right decisions for your brand.
We like to start by looking at the competitor landscape - so basically we just look at what are other brands are doing, and any current trends in the industry. Notice what’s working, what’s not working, what you would like to align with and what you would like to differentiate from. Through this process, we start to see some areas where your new brand can stand out, while still remaining relevant to industry standards.
We then move on to looking at your audience – this brand is for them, not for you, so you need to step into their shoes to understand what they want, what their frustrations are, and how your brand can solve their problems. Understand why they should care about your brand - on an emotional level.
Speaking of emotions, you also want them to connect with your brand on that deeper level. We help you do this by conducting some fun branding exercises that help you define the brand personality. This personality is what’s going to inform the look & feel of your brand and define the voice of your copywriting style.
